Icosathlon:
Order of Events
– 100m, long jump, 200m hurdles, shot put, 5000m; – Then a break of at least one hour; – 800m, high jump, 400m, hammer throw, 3000m steeplechase -- Then a break of at least one hour; – 110m hurdles, discus throw, 200m, pole vault, 3000m; – Then a break of at least one hour; – 400m hurdles, javelin throw, 1500m, triple jump, 10000m
Rules: – IAAF rules for Combined Events.
Extra Rule: – All Track Events must be completed (This means that a participant who doesn´t finish a track event or is disqualified is not allowed to continue the Multievent). -- In the one day event max 5 attempts at high jump and pole fault
Tetradecathlon:
Order of Events
– 100m hurdles, high jump, 1500m; – Then a break of at least one hour; – 400mh, shot put, 200m. -- Then a break of at least one hour; – 100m, long jump, 400m; javelin throw, 800m; – Then a break of at least one hour; – 200mh, discus throw, 3000m.
